Micro motor develops towards high speed or becomes a new economic growth point

  Micro motor,full name of"micro motor",refers to the motor with diameter less than 160mm or rated power less than 750W.Micromotors are often used in control systems or transmission mechanical loads to realize the detection,analytical operation,amplification,execution or conversion of electromechanical signals or energy.
  There are many categories of micromotors,which can be roughly divided into 13 categories,including DC motors,AC motors,self adjusting angle motors,stepping motors,rotary transformers,shaft angle encoders,AC and DC dual-use motors,tachogenerators,inductosyn,linear motors,piezoelectric motors,motor units and other special motors.
  DC brushless motor:it is the fastest growing variety in the small motor industry in recent years.With the"small,light and thin"audio-visual products,the mute of household appliances and the increase in demand for luxury cars,the demand for DC brushless motors has increased rapidly.It replaces brushes and commutators with electronic commutator,which has the advantages of high reliability,high efficiency,long service life and convenient speed regulation.All countries have accelerated the speed of developing new products and the strength of occupying the market.Many Japanese companies have applied DC brushless motors to digital cameras,micro radio recorders,cameras,printers,storage drives,mobile phones,automotive air conditioners,washing machines,vacuum cleaners,electric vehicles and heart pumps.
  Linear motor:It has the advantages of simple structure,non-contact movement,low noise,high speed and accuracy,easy control,convenient maintenance and high reliability.With the continuous innovation of industrial automation level,the application field of linear stepping motor is more and more extensive.All major companies in the world are making great efforts to research and develop new products and expand application fields.Japanese companies such as Tamagawa,Panasonic,Yamashita,and Servo also have linear motor products.At present,linear motor has been used in many automation equipment,such as high-speed punch,high-speed cutting machine,satellite antenna,magnetic head driver,plotter,printer,copier,scanner and electric door.
  High speed dynamic bearing motors:In order to meet the miniaturization requirements of electronic products,the development of small motors towards high speed is a trend of technological development.For example,the storage density of computer peripherals is rapidly increased,and the supporting brushless motor of the main shaft runs at a high speed above 8000 r/min,and many small motors even run at a speed above 20000 r/min.In order to ensure that small motors can run at a high speed with low noise,and ensure that they can still run stably and shake little at a high speed Long service life,many Japanese companies have developed and produced high-speed dynamic bearing motors,and there are two types of dynamic bearing:air and liquid dynamic bearing.At present,there are many applications of pneumatic bearings,especially for spindle motors such as DVD,HDD and CD-ROM that require low noise and shake under high-speed operation.
  Micro motors:Micro motors are widely used in small computers,billiard machines,health care,beauty massage,toys for the elderly and children,mobile communications and other fields,such as mobile phones,high-end toy cars,and micro motors for electric toothbrushes.In recent years,the demand for small motors has increased rapidly,especially the demand for small motors with diameters of 3mm to 6mm(hollow and solid)and button motors with diameters of 8mm to 12mm.PC,household,elderly health massage and toys,women's body-building massage,children's intelligent toys and small appliances also need a large number of micro and small motors,most of which are consumer products.
  Ultra micro motor:The medical field is the most representative field for the application of micro mechanical and electronic technology.Micro invasive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,precision microsurgery machinery and micro robots all need highly flexible and compliant ultra micro motors with small volume and enough power.Ultra micro motors are the key executive and driving components of micro mechanical electronic systems.With the continuous improvement and maturity of the manufacturing level of ultra micro motors,their output and application fields continue to expand,and their market potential is huge,which is expected to become a new economic growth point.
  Slice motor:With the development of electronic products towards miniaturization,lightweight and thinness,its supporting small motors are also required to develop towards the direction of"micro,light and thin",and the development of sheet motor has become an inevitable trend.The principle of the sheet motor is not much different from the traditional DC motor.Several companies in Japan have produced sheet motors,which have been widely used in soft,hard,optical disk drives,walkman,recorder,video recorder,video camera,digital camera,mobile communication and micro medical equipment.
  Micro motor integrates the high-tech industries of stepping motor,microelectronics,power electronics,computer,automatic control,precision machinery,new materials and other disciplines,especially the application of electronic technology and new material technology promotes the technological progress of micro motor.
  In recent years,some new rapid prototyping methods have emerged around automobile body trial production and rapid manufacturing of large panel dies.The manufacturing technology of automobile panel dies is constantly improving and perfecting,and high-precision and efficient processing equipment is used more and more widely.
  However,the degree of specialization in China's mold industry is still relatively low,and the proportion of self production and self matching of molds is too high.Luo Baihui,a mold expert,pointed out that the proportion of foreign molds produced and matched by themselves is generally 30%,while the proportion of Chinese dies produced and matched by themselves is 60%.Due to the high proportion of self matching,the distribution of the production capacity of stamping dies basically follows the production capacity of stamping parts.However,with regard to the distribution of specialized manufacturers of automobile panel dies and multi station and multi-function precision dies with a high degree of specialization,many of them do not follow the production capacity of stamping parts,but often depend on the decisions of major investors.For example,Sichuan has a relatively large production capacity of automobile panel dies,while Jiangsu has a relatively strong production capacity of precision die,and most of its die users are not local.
  In the future,the development of automobile panel dies will focus on the development of large and medium-sized panel dies for middle and high-end cars with high technical requirements,especially the outer panel dies,the punching dies for high-strength plates and plates of unequal thickness,and the large multi station progressive dies.
